Why Take the CSPI

The Customer Success Performance Index™ looks at the 8 dimensions of best-in-class customer success. It measures your company’s performance across each dimension.

  • It provides a 360° view and baseline of the teams, processes, tools, and relationships that industry-leading organizations have in place.
  • It categorizes companies by industry, size, age, and performance.

Upon completion, you immediately receive a benchmark report that details how you compare with the best-in-class. It provides  concrete steps you can take to move toward a stronger customer success program.

How it Works

The process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

  • It captures details about revenues and costs from New Sales and Customer Retention activities, so please collect your information before you start your CSPI Benchmark.
  • Your submission is GDPR-compliant and stripped of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Your submission (without PII) becomes part of the anonymous, aggregate data used for calculating benchmark reports.
  • Success Chain reviews a copy of the benchmark report outcomes, but we do NOT have access to the raw input data. You can schedule a time to discuss your results with one of our CS experts.
